Explanation of the Subtle Channels
From “Thünmong Tummo Nyamlen Yeshe Mepung,” a Practice Text from the Dzogchen Teaching “Kusum Rangshar”

Teachings with Geshe-ma Sherab Palzin

With sincere devotion and heartfelt joy, we warmly invite you to a special teaching on the profound practice of the subtle channels (Tsa), as presented in the sacred Tummo teachings of the Yungdrung Bön Dzogchen tradition.

In the ancient wisdom of Yungdrung Bön, the three principal subtle channels—the central channel and the two side channels—play an essential role in the practice of inner transformation. These channels are closely connected with the subtle energies (Lung) and the cultivation of inner awareness, helping practitioners deepen their understanding of the relationship between body, energy, and mind.

Under the compassionate guidance of Geshema Sherab Palzin, we will explore the nature, structure, and spiritual significance of these subtle channels as explained in the sacred text “Thünmong Tummo Nyamlen Yeshe Mepung.” This precious teaching offers an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the profound yogic wisdom preserved within the Yungdrung Bön tradition.

Organized by: Niu Pal Gyi De Nai

🔥 Hevajra Initiation and Teachings | 4-Week Practice Series 🔥

We are happy to announce a new practice series on Hevajra, one of the principal meditational deities of the Mother Tantras and the heart practice of the great masters Marpa Lotsawa and Tsangnyön Heruka.

“He” signifies great compassion and “Vajra” wisdom, so Hevajra embodies their inseparable union. Together with his consort Nairatmya (“selflessness”), he expresses the union of bliss and emptiness at the core of the highest yoga tantras. Alongside Chakrasamvara, the Hevajra Tantra is also a primary source for the yogas of channels, winds and drops, including inner heat (tummo).

The series opens with the Hevajra Initiation (Jenang, blessing-permission), followed by three weeks of teachings and practice that give participants a solid basis for understanding and engaging in the practice.

🕑 Schedule:
The series begins with the Hevajra Initiation given by Lama Glenn on Saturday, November 7, followed by his teachings on the Saturdays of November 14, 21 and 28. On each Monday following these sessions (November 9, 16, 23 and 30), Jonas will lead a guided practice and clarification session. All sessions take place via Zoom at 8 pm UK time (9 pm Italy, 10 pm Lithuania, 3 pm Eastern Time US).

(While it is recommended to attend live, recordings will be available in case you miss a session or want to rewatch it.)

🌿 Behind the Naga Stupa are people, their talent, and their heart put into every detail.

When we look at the stupa, we see a ready form. But behind every element of it are hours of work, creative ideas, precision, patience, and commitment from people who were able to turn the project into reality.

We want to show not only the stupa itself, but also the people who create it. Because behind this exceptional place are specific individuals, their skills, time, and heart.

🌿 We invite you to consecrate the Naga Stupa today!

On October 13, 2026, at Chamma Ling, the consecration ceremony will be held, led by Khenpo Nyima Kunkyap Rinpoche and Gesha Sherab Palden.
Can't be there in person? There will also be an opportunity to participate in the ceremony online via Zoom.

Thank you to everyone who supports the creation of the stupa and helps us bring this project to completion. May it bring benefit to all beings. 🙏🌿

//////////

🌿 Behind the Naga Stupa are people, their talent, and their heart put into every detail.
When we look at the stupa, we see the finished form. But behind every element are hours of work, creative ideas, precision, patience, and the dedication of people who have brought the design to life.

What makes this project particularly special is that it has brought together a team of artists. Each has contributed their own skills, experience, and artistic sensitivity. Thanks to their shared efforts, an idea that existed on paper for a long time is becoming a reality.

With all our hearts, we thank everyone who is bringing this project to life:

🌿 Gabriel Szyrszeń – sculptor and construction lead for the Naga Stupa, responsible for the technical aspects of the project and the construction of the stupa.

🌿 Jacek Wydrzyński – sculptor and co-builder of the stupa, involved in both the sculptural and construction work.

🌿 Iwona Zawadzka / Khyung Cham Tso – project coordinator, painter, author of the stupa’s technical drawing, and co-creator of its sculptural details.

🌿 Monika Kosmala – sculptor and creator of the sculptural design for the tree motif.

🌿 Krzysztof Kleszcz – graphic designer and creator of the stupa’s 3D visualisation.

Our special thanks also go to our volunteers: Gosia, Igor, and Marcin. Thank you for your help, your presence, and your willingness to step in whenever an extra pair of hands makes all the difference.

🙏 Building a stupa is about more than working with materials. It means facing challenges together, finding solutions, and taking care of every detail. It involves many hours of work, often in difficult conditions, and a level of dedication that cannot be seen in photographs of the finished result.

Today, we want to show not only the stupa itself, but also the people who are creating it. Because behind this special place are real people, their skills, their time, and their hearts.

🌿 Join us for the consecration of the Naga Stupa!

On 13 October 2026, the consecration ceremony will take place at Chamma Ling, led by Khenpo Nyima Kunkyap Rinpoche and Geshe Sherab Palden.

If you cannot join us in person, you will also be able to take part in the ceremony online via Zoom.
